AllCoNet 2 Objectives
- Expand broadband/wideband telecommunications services to attract high-tech bio-tech businesses
- Improve the telecommunications infrastructure of Allegany County to bridge the digital divide
- Form high-tech business incubators by providing bandwidth and educational services through the local colleges
- Provide a smooth transition from the business incubators to the industrial parks
